Vermentino di Sardegna Doc

“Sixty-four” is the year in which Giampaolo Parpinello started his career as an oenologist in Sardinia. This wine commemorates his first 50 years of dedication and passion for vines and wines. This Vermentino is made from selected grapes.


Technical Charateristic

Alcohol Content: 13-13,5% vol.

Volume: 750 ml

Soil: Calcareous marne, conglomerate, sandstone

Pruning and harvest: Manually, with the selection of grape clusters

Vinification: Maceration at low temperature

Visual: Straw yellow with hues of light green

Olfactory: Fine and elegant with hints of yellow fruits and citrus fruits

Taste: Dry and pleasant aftertaste, reminiscent of bitter almonds

Suggested with: Perfect for seafood and fish like those found locally in the gulf of Alghero

Recommended serving temperature: 46°F
